I find this idea great!!! I am a native speaker and I must say that it's a super idea trying to improve everyones english skills. The only thing that is missing is the articulation - the spoken word. But one can't have everything.

The book really sounds interesting. I think you should look at it, though, before buying it.

And I have awful problems with the german grammar. I'll probably never ever understand it. So what. That doesn't stop me from talking or even writing.

Maybe you can find the book used? There are quite a few internet shops and sites. Ebay, Amazon for instance.

oh latin... (i think this is "latein" in english?) i've got it, too, (from this year [11th class] to the 13th class) but i don't learn for it. i can do this or i can't do this. maybe some endings of words but no more...i can remember it without learning, it's good für a B in latin. that's enough for me! i know some people who are learning all the time and they write only a B...but i can it without! *is proud*

I have to say I spent mine mostly in the cellar in front of the computer (at my parent's .. I'm getting too old for those "long" visits although my relationship to my parents is OK so far)

I think I'll get myself a last glass of wine, print some stuff I need for further research on the quaballah and then try to go to bed for today

My weekeend was interesting on the one side and on the other it was although boring....
Well i will tell you the interesting part of it: On saturday we were in the essener Gurga Park, it was wonderful and ive taken some pictures with my Camera. WHen i was watching them at home ive seen that they were REALLY very good and clear, you didnt see any pixeling of them.
In the first time i was very wondered about that, but i found out, that ive selected a special programm in it, that i doesnt know before ^^

My weekend was interesting, too. First we have planned to go to the Blackfield Festival, but in moment the money is a little bit empty. Then we spend time with my friend and colleague in Cage Club, after her vist of the Blackfield Festival. On Sunday, we spend some time on the Bochum Total Festival, with Schwefelgelb and Übermutter, both very nice Bands. The last band singer is known as Lucylektrik, i know her since my teeny-days (I love her) Schwefelgelb have one very popular Song in the Gothic-Scene (Pornoshow) but they dont play it on concert, that was realy stupid, cause of the fans, they all scream after each song about pornoshow.
Finaly we have eat realy good in a restaurant to finish the great evening.

Im sorry for the OT but Kati you know that "Cage Club" in german means "Gefängnis" ?? ^^
(and yes i still know that the club only is named Cage)

I think some friends of mine wanted to visit the Blackfield Festival themselves but I have to say that I even don't know where it takes place .. I'm not much into going to festivals, I love my WGT every year but I have to admit that manly money is the limiting thing that keeps me from visiting any other ones.

Perhaps when I get a job in fall I won't have that problem any more ... studying sucked a lot, especially in the last years

@Kotaru: Shure, thats why i spent there much time, you can say i'm a prisoner of great music ^^ But Cage is also mean "Käfig" and this is placed on the Dancefloor.

I wanna go to Mera Luna Festival in Hildesheim, i think its better then the WGT, becaouse of the lokation, there are 2 stages, you can see a lot of Bands. On WGT you have to go long ways to see one band, and if you have found it, the concert is full and there is no chance to see one band. I remember WGT 2000, my first and only WGT, i only have seen Welle Erdball and on Moritz Bastei Saltatio Mortis. But the "Schwarzmarkt" there is realy nice, for shopping i would go to WGT, but Mera Luna Shopping is great, too.

Well, I guess that's a matter of personal taste I love the WGT especially because you are not caged at a single location, and at festivals like M'era and Amphi there are mostly bands playing I'm not interested in .. OK, I'd like to see Diary of Dreams one day live, they are perhaps the only well-known band I absolutely adore and isn't Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio playing at M'era? Or Amphi?
I'm not sure at the moment but I heard about Ordo playing at a festival which is quite unusual for that kind of music.

At WGT I can see as well bands from not so popular music genres like Neofolk, Neoclassic, Ambient, and the venues are much smaller because there are less people intersted in seeing them, which means, I have more chance to see anything at all

Yes of Course i know that Cage is a "Käfig" but they dont stand only on the dancefloor ive seen some staying on boxes (is this the right word?) or hanging in the middle of the room - an yes i mean dance cages

Kotaru, I guess you mean loudspeakers .. the use of "english" words sometimes is really strange in Germany, if you would talk to someone from England or the States about a "handy" they would surely not understand a bit, because it's a "Denglisch" word .. if you understand

By the way, I've never seen those cages with Go-go dancers at a goth club, as far as I know that phenomenon only appeares at "common" disco's .. at least I would be quite annoyed if I would have to see those dancers at a goth club ...
